For each day, a significant person can be profiled and illustrated.

Black History Month Grades 6th-12th

Love in Many Languages Grades Any
Write the words "Love In Many Languages" on your bulletin board. Hang hearts all around that have the word love in different languages. It raised a lot of questions with my students.

Three-in-One Grades Any
In honor of February holidays I combine Groundhog Day and President's Day along with Valentine's Day. Using Valentine tablecloth as the background, I get pictures of children, staff and silhouettes (shadows) of Presidents-past and present-to hang on the board.  Then I have a groundhog coming out of the hole and thinking,  "Past, Present and Future leaders of America."

Let's Be Valentines

We Love our Friends Grades Any
Have background of pink, purple or red. Make various size hearts with the biggest having the names of the students in the class. With a saying of "We love our Friends" or anything relating to Valentine's Day.
